Seven years after her assassination, her memory remains alive.
Digna Ochoa was a brave, committed lawyer and human rights activist who was loyal to the poor. Despite harassment, death threats, and kidnappings, she never gave up the difficult task of standing against corruption and injustice. She exemplified the concept of dignity.
